Overview
Our client, a busy freight forwarding company is now seeking an Accounts/Admin Assistant to join their team on a part time basis 2 days a week. They are looking for somebody that could work 2 full days per week, ideally a Tuesday and a Thursday. Duties: • Raising sale invoices • Sending customer’s statement • Assisting customer with invoice queries • Logging purchase invoices • Statement reconciliations Experience Required: • Purchase & sales ledger experience • Knowledge of freight industry is an advantage but not essential • Excellent attention to detail • Reliable & committed • Ability to meet deadlines
