Graduate Electrical Design Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this growing, global manufacturer of special purpose machines and devices into the pharmaceutical, engineering and medical industries for a Graduate Electrical Design Engineer at its Bishops Stortford facility. THE ROLE Reporting into the Research and Development Manager, the role of the Graduate Electrical Design Engineer will be to provide support on all aspects of the electrical design of the new product development process. Responsibilities include: Design of Wiring looms Design of Actuators and control valves Development of new electrical systems Develop electrical systems specifications Work closely with mechanical and electronics engineers You will also get the opportunity to head up projects in the future. THE PERSON In order to succeed in the role of Graduate Electrical Design Engineer, you will ideally be a graduate with a years placement, a raw graduate or indeed and existing engineer with 2-3 years electrical design or development experience. Ideally you will have a degree, HNC/HND in electrical or Electrical and Electronic engineering and have a passion to learn and develop.
