Overview

Quality Systems Coordinator Within a growing team and beverage business, we are seeking an experienced quality systems coordinator on a part-time, permanent basis. The role will be over 3 days (Monday to Wednesday) as part of a job share with another employee. Key duties/responsibilities: The review of all activities that form the Quality Management System (QMS)/develop the QMS. Co-ordinate new product introduction and follow compliance within the stage gate and QMS. To be trained within the QC lab and conduct calibration checks. Liaise with quality and production teams to ensure accredited standards are achieved and maintained. (BRC, ISO 9001, HALAL, ORGANIC etc) Develop audit plans required by the QMS and manage their implementation/carry out internal audits. Ensure HACCP and food safety meet the standards required by legislation/external accreditation. Coordinating hygiene inductions and refreshers courses to follow compliance within staff education. Administration of the supplier management system. To address and resolve complaints and implement programmes to prevent/reduce further issues. Communications with the Supply China Manager and report directly to the Technical Manager. PAY & BENEFITS £13,345 per annum Part time role - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with slight flexibility to hours 18 paid holiday (inc Christmas day, boxing day & new years day) Do you have the following skills/experiences? Job relevant degree/ experience? HACCP & Lead Auditor qualifications? Full knowledge of quality systems? (ISO 9001 & BRC) Internal audit experiences in systems?
