Overview
PMP Recruitment are looking for Skilled Production Assemblers with experience within the automotive / aerospace sectors for a client based in Pontypool. Candidates will need to work a 3 shift rotation of Day, Nights and Afternoons. Ideally candidates will have previous experience within a mechanical assembly and able to follow written and verbal instructions clearly. Knowledge of health and safety in the work place is essential. Your duties will include: Assembling of safety critical products ensuring 100% accuracy Assembly of medium to heavy components candidates will need to be dexterous Must be able to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment including tape measures, micrometres, and other tools as required by specific jobs Experienced in the use of hand, power and air tools Participate in the principles of teamwork Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment Must operate and perform at speeds necessary to meet production demand Must be able to bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours. Hand and eye coordination Read drawings Must be able to work overtime when required Benefits & Pay Regular Days £8.71 33 days Holidays Free car parking Pension Temp to Perm conversions for the right candidates.
