Overview

The Staffing Network is a Logistics provider across the UK We are looking for class 1 drivers to join our existing team in Speke. The role will e store deliveries usually only 1-2 per day but may be up to 4 during busier periods. Working shift patterns of Monday - Friday or Thursday - Monday or Friday - Tuesday with start times between 1100 and 1400. There is a Tuesday - Saturday shift with start times between 1200 and 1400. This is a 12 week Temp to Perm vacancy and before being taken on all drivers will need to attend an assessment comprising of Drivers hours and Working time test, Highway code test and a driving assessment. Upon passing the driver will be required to attend an induction day with start date/time being given. Pay rates are £12.00 per hour for Monday to Friday shifts £14.00 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Guaranteed 43 hours minimum per week. If a driver does an extra full shift (6th shift) then pay will be as above plus £1 extra per hour. £10 per day tax free meal allowance given based on attendance.
