Overview
Prospero Health & Social Care are looking for Agency Support Workers who are looking to pick up extra waking night shifts in the Cheddar area. We are looking for support workers who are committed to providing the highest standard of care to service users. The successful candidates will have experience of working with young people with additional needs and mental health. Main Responsibilities: Support service users in line with their care plans Encouraging Independence Contribute towards the well being of service users (in line with CQC requirements) To keep records Maximise service users quality of life.
