Guaranteed Hourly Rate - £10.75/h Full-time - 40 hours per week Weekly Pay Immediate Start No previous experience required Are you looking to start a new role immediately, with no experience required and all training provided? We want to hear from you Our client, a well-respected executive car service company, is currently seeking self-motivated, adaptable individuals for an operational support customer service role in a friendly, modern contact centre in Paddington to handle inbound calls, dealing with queries, liaising with internal departments and external service providers to reach satisfactory conclusions for the clients. This role offers an immediate start, weekly pay (every Friday for a week in arrears) and provides all training necessary to make you successful in the role - no previous experience required. This is an ongoing temporary role offering full-time hours, 12 hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off with some weekend work required. Our Customer Service Advisors come from all walks of life, so whether you have experience of working in a call centre, or a background in retail, hospitality or receptionist work and are looking for a career change, this role may be the right next step for you. The right candidate will be a passionate problem-solver, confident in communication over the phone and highly adaptable with the ability to work well under pressure.
