Overview

Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Pharmaceutical Production, Clean Rooms, Laboratories & HVAC New position required owing to ongoing growth & development Great Opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to learn and develop with the company General outline of responsibilities & requirements as follows General responsbilities & experience required for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Pharmaceutical GMP experience required) Monitor performance of critical utilities and process equipment in cGMP environment and perform or arrange necessary repairs, adjustments, calibrations, and preventative maintenance, including maintaining appropriate documentation. Participate in any upcoming expansion projects including design input into all new HVAC, Plant and Services installation. The maintenance of electrical plant and equipment Managing Safety testing of appliances and maintaining PAT testing register. Supervision of electrical contractors on site, ensuring electrical safety procedures are followed at all times. Work with Mechanical and Civil engineers as part of Site development team, providing guidance on electrical issues. Without supervision promptly attends machinery breakdowns, practices systematic fault diagnosis and repairs in optimum time, ensuring minimum downtime and product loss. Fully contributes to planned preventative maintenance programs. Adhering to SOP's and completing necessary documentation. Skilled judgements are made to ensure plant is maintained to optimum level. Will after training possess a thorough working knowledge of GMP Planned maintenance and machine set up on the following type of machines and equipment: Blisterpack machines, Capsule fillers, Single pot processors tablet compression machines, Stability Cabinets, Weight sorters, Powder and liquid fillers, Tablet and capsule counters, labellers, Printers, Cartoners and other Pharmaceutical packaging machinery.
