Our approach is to find driven individuals that will seize the opportunity to rapidly progress their career. Initially you will be tasked in building your market knowledge and recruitment approach (with the support of a dedicated learning and development function), to do this you will be working with an existing team on a range of recruitment projects including executive level head hunting to client research projects. Once you have the foundations in place, you can progress into a role where you will manage your own accounts, at FMC…it’s what you make it.
