Overview
There is a vacancy for a part time qualified Social Worker, 21 hours within the Learning Disability Social Work team. The Learning Disability teams work with Service Users and their families to maximise independence and opportunities which enable service users to enjoy purposeful, meaningful and fulfilled lives. The candidate must have experience in working in learning disability teams. Experience of assessment, care planning, person centred planning and care management are essential, as is the ability to use IT in a competent manner and to meet performance standards. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong value base and committed to strength based practice. A Welsh speaker is preferred.
