The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join their successful team based in Ashford You will be required to undertake fee earning work in Residential Conveyancing This would suit an experienced conveyancer who will be able to develop the firms’ existing client base, while bringing in new business to the department through business development and marketing, developing the team and the success of the firm. What’s needed for me to be considered? The successful candidate must have excellent technical ability and experience of handling a broad range of work, realistically having a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, managing a full caseload from start to finish. Completion of degree, and LPC or technical qualification Have worked in Residential Conveyancing with experience of volume conveyancing Be able to manage your own caseload Have excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic, organised and determined in order to help the department continue to service its clients in a highly professional manner Applicants should be confident, self-motivated individuals with excellent IT skills, who can convince us they will enjoy being part of an integrated team but who will also thrive in working in an autonomous working environment.
