Overview
We have a brand new and exciting opportunity for a Payroll Assistant/Coordinator to join NDK. Due to continual growth and success, we have an opportunity for a Payroll Assistant/Coordinator to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to really make the role your own, implement processes and procedures and to take ownership of all payroll duties and enquiries. Key duties of Payroll Assistant/Coordinator You will be responsible for ensuring Payroll deadlines are met. Manage reporting processes and procedures. Processing payroll for a large number of remote workers. Preparing all reports and documentation to HMRC and Pension. Be the first point of contact for any payroll queries by staff or remote workers. Process all relevant documentation for starters, leavers. Experienced required Excellent numeracy & literacy skills Able to work under minimum supervision within a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Previous administrative/payroll experience within a recruitment environment (desirable) Significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
