Overview
We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic graduate to join our 2020 Cohort as a Graduate Business Performance Manager. Based in Rochester, Kent, our Graduate Business Performance Manager will work closely with the Director of Recycling supporting various strategic initiatives so that the overall performance of the organisation is more effective. You will also support, manage and lead (where appropriate) a range of projects, change programmes and workstreams across the business ensuring that outcomes are delivered. You will develop robust, realistic and commercially-driven board papers, gaining support from all stakeholders, navigating through the business case sign-off to achieve board approval. A key part of this role will be to develop an understanding of the workforce impacts of change in terms of workforce numbers, roles and responsibilities, identifying development requirements. You’ll then work with the various functions across the business to ensure these elements are factored into any overall workforce plans.
