Principal Data Scientist London Up to £85k Fantastic Package Do you want to work for what is simply one of the biggest Telecommunication companies in the world? You’ll join as an integral member of the business, reporting into the Head of Data Science, working in a collaborative team focusing on building innovative, customer- centric propositions that are underpinned by data. You’ll have the opportunity to produce incredibly impactful data products, ultimately providing huge business value. When a company of this size and stature is striving every day to be more data driven with a real focus and excitement to implement state of the art Machine Learning Algorithms, it’s a hard opportunity to beat Requirements · Minimum 4 years commercial outside of academia · Strong experience in statistical analysis in Python or R (preferably Python) · Advanced knowledge in Machine Learning, Data Modelling and Algorithm development · Knowledge of Data Visualisation Fundamentals · Good presentation skills · BSc, MSc or PhD in a quantitative subject · Good Business acumen Nice if you have · Cloud exposure (GCP experience preferred) · PhD from a top tier university · Big Data Technology experience - Spark, Elasticsearch Please note, in order to be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in the EU without sponsorship.
