Fleet Manager Business Development Vehicle Data

Vehicle data is a growing area of commercial business, from cameras around the vehicle to telemetric and safety management systems. Any commercial fleet today will be kitted with such technology and are finding this data extremely useful for their business, to meet their customer needs and to improve driver safety. We are seeking a person from a Fleet Management or Telemetric background, to work with a leading manufacturer in Kent, that is able to grasp such technology, and lead the development team in to searching new markets for this technology, by working closely with other departments, like the design team, or projects teams to search for and new revenue streams. Work closely with customers and Project manager the delivery of the products/services. The ability to translate that information, and deliver to the business stakeholders, and for the customers to get a grasp how it can improve their business/Driver safety. This will mean you will need to work closely with all levels of business to make sure that delivery of the project is possible, by managing external suppliers, budgets and contract management too. If you have a background in Fleet and commercial vehicle management, with telemetric, ADAS, AI and Vehicle integration. This is the role for you. Especially if you understand the following areas of the role - · Internet service provision, the cloud and IoT, Machine 2 Machine. · Mobile data management. · API integration & Web development and Applications. · Project Management. · Team & Subcontractor Management. · Commercial & financial management (P&L and ROI). · Monthly Billing & ERP system. · Service Level Agreements & Contract management.
