Overview

Ambitious and expanding Housing Association is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Business partner in to their newly restructured and progressive team This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as it continues to grow and evolve, and this role is a pivotal strategic role in the finance team Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, the role will involve developing and maintaining the finance business partner service to key business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Support the Investment and Sales Directorate in achieving their aspirational new homes programme. Develop and deliver an exceptional business partner service to key operational stakeholders. Bring a positive and forward-looking approach to the team and work with the business to provide commercial and strategic decision support. Act as a trusted member of the business team to transform financial and non-financial information into insight that drives opportunities, manages risk and supports delivery of the strategic business plan. You need to be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years senior accountancy experience, have worked in a business partnering / stakeholder environment and be a confident communicator to Executive and Board level colleagues across both finance and the wider organisation
