JOB TITLE: Front of House JOB TYPE: Permanent SALARY: £22,500-£25,000 depending on experience COMPANY TYPE: Investment and property company HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm LOCATION : The Strand NEAREST TUBES: Holborn / Embankment / Covent garden CULTURE: A beautiful office, luxury environment, friendly, familiar, professional yet personal approach Key responsibilities: Reception Your main priority will be to make all of our guests feel welcome and that they have an enjoyable experience through professionalism and great relationship building Welcome all visitors to ensure their arrival and departure experience is genuine, friendly and efficient Deliver exceptional and memorable Front of House experiences for all clients Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accurately Deal with any queries from callers and offer assistance Maintaining, organising and managing the meeting rooms at Kingsway which includes daily meeting room checks and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared. Organise lunch deliveries for various meetings as required. Working with all levels of staff and across departments to ensure smooth running of the offices To book Couriers and Taxi's as and when required Supporting the Office Manager with administrative duties Assisting with diary management and the arrangement of travel and accommodation as and when required To provide additional admin support as required About you Previous reception experience and operating a telephone switchboard essential Organised and systematic in approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional approach Flexible, helpful and adaptable; discrete when necessary Good attention to detail Self-starter, determined and committed; able to use initiative Ability to work as part of a team and individually Excellent written communication skills IT literate in MS office to include Word, PowerPoint (presentation production), Excel and Microsoft Outlook (diary management) About us: Ownership : We take personal and collective responsibility for our contributions to the business, reflecting the ethics, inclusivity and integrity of our purpose.
