Overview

My Client based in Hemel Hempstead are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Site Manager to join their team. You must have an aptitude for maintenance tasks, cleaning, and be able to work on your own initiative and be able to follow instructions. You will need to be in good health due to the physical nature of some work and have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time flexibly. Key Duties: Site security Supervision of cleaning staff, including induction of new staff Minor repairs General maintenance duties to keep the school and site, tidy and in good working order including supporting with the management of deliveries and storage of resources within the site Minor decorating Management of school grounds by liaising with grounds contractors and looking after garden areas. Health & Safety checks, working in partnership with Health & Safety Governor & Supervisor to ensure all checks completed . The role of site manager also includes communicating with staff and ensuring the site is secure. This position is a temp to perm role - with the right candidate looking to move to a permanent position. The rate of pay is £10.00 per hour. The hours of work are 7am to 9am and then afternoon 2pm to 6.30pm. This would suite a local person looking for a flexible position. What are you waiting for click now to apply
