Service Delivery Manager
Overview
My Client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to come and join their very busy team based in Dublin for an initial 3 month contract, with high possibility of extension. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be expected to: - Manage all aspects of the Service Delivery. - Have excellent Stakeholder Management skills. - Adhere to SLA's at all times. - Drive customer satisfaction. - Have excellent documentation skills in line with ISO 20000 framework. The ideal candidate will have: - Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a Similar Delivery Manager Position. - Experience in Managed Service environment. - Experience with ISO 9001 / 27001 & 20000 standards. - ITIL qualification. - Third level degree. - Technical Qualification in IT infrastructure is desirable. - Experience in Client Facing roles. - Excellent communication skills. - Understanding of Technical security Environments.
