Overview
Purpose of Role: o You will be responsible for cleansing and collating customer data from our database for other team members to schedule engineer visits, renew and or sell new maintenance contracts for all customer types. o Working within agreed perimeters o You will become the key contact for collating the data and responding to relevant queries. Duties & Responsibilities o Work as part of core team, identifying opportunities for revenue/customer growth, customer retention across all customer sectors. o Responsible for cleansing and collating customer data o Building strong internal/external relationships. o Play a prominent role with maintaining/growing DD’s reputation within the dental sector, with the overall aim of DD becoming the partner of choice for engineering services. o Assist the operations manager with conducting her duties and area of responsibility. Standard Company Requirements To comply with all Health and Safety requirements as outlined by the Health and Safety Executive and business. To participate in all relevant quality programmes and assist as required in quality initiatives. To ensure PPE issued by the business is worn in accordance with Health & Safety legislation. Training is undertaken as recommended by your Manager. Carry out any other reasonable request as requested by your Manager.To maintain accurate and timely compliance records and ensure their provision to customers. Skills Required: o IT literate and an advanced understating of excel and operating systems. o Communication and people skills o Ability to multi-task. o Enthusiastic and customer orientated o To work calmly under pressure Experience Required: o IT systems.
