Overview
Client Relationship Executive Due to ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years we are looking to expand our Business Development team to ensure we support in the delivery our business objectives. As a leading Recruitment Agency working in the Healthcare sector, our offices span Luton, Milton Keynes, India and South Africa. Our core recruitment is Temporary, with other exciting initiatives affiliated to recruitment due to come online over the next 3 years. As an experienced Client Relationship Executive, you will be able to demonstrate: · Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction) · Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Eclipse) · Problem-solving aptitude · Ability to work well with a team, as well as, being comfortable in working with minimal supervision · Have excellent verbal and written communication skills · To be organised and able to prioritise your workload · Have the ability to be driven to meet deadlines to promote customer service · Proven track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines and targets · Dedicated to providing world class customer service · Be prepared to work in a regulated environment with a constant eye to maintaining and improving regulatory compliance. · Ability working to set standard operating procedures As our business is not based in one single location, you must be able to demonstrate you can work with remote teams.
