Corporate and Community Fundraiser

Charity People are over the moon to be heading up the search party for a talented and enthusiastic Corporate and Community Fundraiser for a 12-month contract. Never standing still and always striving to deliver the very best care and services for its patients, it's a small well-loved local charity that is mighty in reputation and ambition. The job: Working with local community groups and fundraising volunteers, you'll have plenty to keep you busy and a real variety of task. You'll recruit and steward supporters taking on challenge events and help those running their own in-aid of events to raise as much as possible. You'll encourage local businesses to get involved in Charity of the Year and employee engagement fundraising, as well as attend networking events and delivering engaging presentations to schools, education and community groups to win their support. On our wish list: You'll be a confident communicator with excellent relationship building and networking skills. Well organised and able to successfully manage competing demands for your time, work to deadlines and achieve income targets. In return, you'll have the flexibility to develop your own ideas and make a positive impact for vulnerable people in your community.
