Overview
CREDIT CONTROLLER BOLTON TEMPORARY £10 - £11 PER HOUR (35 Hours per Week) Gi Group are recruiting on behalf of the Royal Mail Group. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller on a Temporary basis to work in Bolton. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, good keyboard skills/computer skills with existing knowledge of SAP, Excel & Word. They will have a flexible approach to team working and be numerate and accurate with a good methodical approach to work. Customer focus is essential and excellent communication skills, verbal and written. The role will involve the following Accurately record and Create Contact, details of communications made with customers Liaising with Sales department Discuss payment options for customers who are experiencing genuine difficulty in settling their account, which may involve visiting the customer with the Account Manager. Refer requests for payment plans to line manager for authorisation. Ensure that information on bad or doubtful debts is passed to line manager with appropriate paperwork / history for further action. Log, accurately and clearly, all action points on customer's records Work as part of a team, taking telephone calls when other team members are unable to do so.
