Salesforce Business Analyst Job Description The Company works within the financial services industry and has built massive traction globally recently by its creating game changing technology that is being used in the fintech sector. Role & Responsibilities To then identify and document a set of technical requirements in JIRA following an Agile method to address specific technical requirements. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and Delivery Manager and third parties where needed. Assist the Scrum Mater with grooming user stories with acceptance criteria to the level they can be actioned by the Scrum team including QA. To complete other Business Implementation tasks as and when defined. Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Salesforce (or similar) Strong documentation and communication skills Have strong capabilities with Salesforce software development Have strong capabilities with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) Ability to work in an organised, structured and proactive way Benefits This company are offering a competitive discretionary bonus and 25 days holiday.
