Overview
Jw/21981 Central London Wealth Management Operations Manager/Director £75k plus bonus and excellent benefits package Are you currently in an Operations role within a Wealth Management firm and looking for something more challenging, that can offer a route through to becoming a board member with equity? If the answer is yes, then please read on. I am currently recruiting for a multi award winning Wealth Management firm, that I have worked closely with for the last 4 years. In that time, I have seen the business consistently grow and client base expand and have placed a number of staff within the business, that are all still there and progressing well. As a result of this expansion, the board are looking for additional support and will offer the successful applicant the opportunity to join the board, where they will be given equity. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the company, taking a strategic overview of all costs and expenditure and make recommendations to make the firm more cost effect. In addition, you will be tasked with reviewing the client database and overall client experience and make suggestions and then implement ways to improve this. You will also be tasked with specific projects by the board, from reviewing current staff’s skills set and recommend training and development programs for both the company as a whole and one to one sessions. Review the use of IT within the firm, to ensure that they are maximising new technology and also ensure all staff stay up to date with industry and compliance changes. This is a highly autonomous role, where you will be given the opportunity to make real changes and add value to the firm.
