Overview
We are looking for a committed and hard working individual to join a growing company based in South Shields. This is a new position due to growth within the business and will report to the Finance Manager. Your duties will include: Inputting and processing purchase invoices Matching invoices to purchase orders Reconciling supplier statements Dealing with invoice queries Petty cash control Inputting and processing sales invoices General finance administration duties to support the Finance Manager Sage Line 50 - essential Hours 8.30am - 4.30pm (37.5 hour week) It is important that you show flexibility and be willing to take on added responsibility within the role if required. You will have a positive attitude, be friendly and have good communication skills. Our client is keen for someone to join the business asap. We can consider those immediate on a temporary to permanent basis or those who can only consider permanent opportunities.
