Overview
2nd Line IT Support Engineer - PC, Network and Infrastructure My client, a growing MSP are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer (PC Network and Infrastructure) to join their growing team of IT professionals. You will be working alongside 35 engineers who deal with a multitude of issues ranging from 1st to 3rd Line support as well as BAU and project-based work. The 2nd Line team act as a bridge between 1st and 3rd Line teams responding to desktop issues that have been escalated as well as more in-depth infrastructure matters. You will be exposed to numerous technologies daily. This could include Apple Macs, Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Cloud and virtualisation. You will also be working on peripheral devices including smartphones, printers, switches, routers and firewalls. To what extent will depend on your own experience but training is provided so that you are continuously challenged.
