Maintenance Coordinator Permanent £23,000 Milton Keynes We have a great opportunity for a super organised individual to join a small friendly team based in Stony Stratford. You will be managing a range of contractors ensuring that service levels are met for clients. You will be in constant communication with both contractors and clients to ensure any maintenance is carried out within agreed timescales. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Effectively organise and manage all contractors, promoting the expectation of an exceptional standard of service delivery Ensure planned maintenance and breakdown activities are monitored and any delays advised to both the client and the relevant site. Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are fully implemented to achieve customer satisfaction Ensure client contact response SLA's (service level agreements) are maintained at all times To ensure that any customer complaints are handled with empathy and professionalism in the first instance, before being referred to the appropriate Manager Any other relevant duties as requested by the company Responsible for the reporting the status of maintenance jobs raised and associated profitability Handling of contractor and client invoices, including dealing with any queries To be our Maintenance Coordinator you MUST have: Experience in facilities management; scheduling or co-ordinating Microsoft Office skills; Word, Excel and PowerPoint Minimum of 5 GCSE'S A-C Grade (Preferred) Experience of an office environment Strong administrative skills, computer literacy Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines Ability to work cooperatively as part of a small team Professional telephone manner and personal presentation Proactive individual that is always thinking one step ahead If you feel you have what it takes, please apply today because we'd love to hear from you Role advertised: 30 January 2020 WE WOULD PREFER YOUR CV IN WORD FORMAT Ascendant Recruitment is one of Milton Keynes and Northampton's leading recruitment companies, with PA/Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Finance and Temporary divisions.
