German Customer Service Executive Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm £20,000-£22,000 per annum My client is looking to recruit within an already flourishing team, but due to client demands they require a German speaking Customer Service Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience as well as being able to develop the existing customer relationships. Your role is to deliver an exceptional and consistent quality service and experience for valued German customers. Your responsibility is to demonstrate customer service excellence by advising efficiently and effectively to all customer’s enquiries and taking pride in delivering exceptional customer care and satisfaction. Requirements for the role: •Fluent in German and English - both orally and written (German native would be an advantage) •Computer Literate - Word (some Excel), Microsoft Outlook •Accurate typing skills •Knowledge of eBay/Amazon - Training will be given •Excellent customer service skills •Experience of retail sales - preferably telesales. Main responsibilities •To put customers at the centre of everything they say and do, ensuring the best possible customer experience at all times. •To willingly accept responsibility and ownership for every call, following it through to the best conclusion. •Working as part of the team to deliver outstanding customer service experience through incoming and outgoing telephone calls, e-mail communication and Amazon/eBay marketplace. •To accept inbound calls from customers, dealing with orders, and queries regarding products, service or delivery in line with our policies. •Accurately record details of enquiries, comments and complaints and of action taken, in a concise manner. •To understand the customer’s need and offer expert advice and provide the most appropriate solution in the most efficient manner and timescale. •Prepare quotes, providing accurate pricing and delivery information and follow up on quotes to complete the sale in a timely manner. •Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners (such as warehouse, couriers) to resolve customer queries, make requests, etc. •To capture customer comments and ensure all suggestions are passed on to support the business. •To work towards individual targets whilst contributing to and being part of the wider Customer Experience Department Team. •Flexible and weekend working during Peak season. •Any other duties commensurate with the level of the role.
