Job Title: In-house Recruiter Salary: £28,000 Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hour week - FLEXI WORKING between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm Location: Brentford Our Client are a very well established corporate business with over 20 sites across the UK. This dynamic successful business is in the process of rapidly expanding so require additional recruitment support, previous experience within Recruitment is essential to fulfil the demands of the growth. Sitting within the HR division you will have full responsibility of the companies end to end recruitment process. ESSENTIALS : Experience using various job boards, knowledgeable in utilising Linkedln , recruitment experience across a selection of head office and field based roles, Help line managers centralise recruitment and give guidance - Using an ATS system -Recruitment software Responsibilities Managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, including recruitment planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, as well as the induction and on-boarding of successful candidates Managing recruitment for all positions including; determining the most appropriate recruitment method, managing attraction campaigns and candidate sourcing, and short listing candidates. Defining the interview process with line managers and being part of that process Utilising LinkedIn to source candidates and promoting our employer branding Maintaining effective and accurate recruitment records (both applicant and vacancy) including: maintaining the HR database for applicant and vacancy records, organising interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress etc Managing the pre-employment screening process to ensure that all new starters screening is completed fully Develop and maintain a data bank of applicants for relevant positions; use of ATS system Ensure recruitment and temporary resource trackers / reports are up to date Work with third party recruitment providers to ensure that they have comprehensive knowledge of the role, person specification, SK culture and business, and internal recruitment process  Maintain comprehensive records of applicants and interview notes Ensure that all recruitment and temporary appointments are in accordance with employment legislation including but not limited to AWR Attributes End to end recruitment management Experience using ARS Recruitment System Recruitment experience across a selection of roles, Construct job descriptions and benchmark roles Constructing employment offers and right to work checks Good organiser with a proactive approach Talented, sharp and commercially astute.?
