Our Client is looking to engage a Qualified Accountant to join their accounts Payable Team to hit the ground running at their Morley Office on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Team Leader: - Leading a team of 7 - 12 employees - Lead by example and set a high standard to the department -Facilitate change and challenge when required - Implement new strategies - Ensure all queries are resolved and kept to a minimum - Reconciliation - Processing of invoices - Payment authorisations and processing - Liaising with other Team Leaders and Managers Essential Skills - Wealth of AP experience - Experience of Driving Change - Experience of managing a team / coaching - Can challenge when required - Leading a team - Working within Finance Controls - Be a team player - Results driven Do you have the required skills and relevant background to be successful in this role??
