Customer Service Coordinator, London, £21,000, Tech/Telecoms Company, Immediate Start Our client, an exciting, successful start-up based in Central London, are looking to recruit a number of articulate, professional Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team. Based in a modern tech office, this is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate(s) Our client offer a fantastic Telecoms/tech service to their clients and have established a great name for themselves in the market given both the speed and quality of their fibres. Due to their continued growth, they are actively seeking a number of candidates to join their 130-FTE office on a permanent basis. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls and emails from a variety of customers Dealing with in excess of 60 daily queries Handling general questions, troubleshooting issues and complaints Offering an exceptional service to all customers In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following: Experience in handling inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment Articulate, professional telephone manner Ability to work in a busy start-up environment Fun, sociable personality Our client are offering a very competitive starting salary, with the potential to increase this over the first few months of your tenure. The working hours also offer incredible flexibility, and are as follows: Day One: 6.00am - 2.00pm (work from home) Day Two: 8.00am - 4.00pm Day Three: 11.00am - 7.00pm Day Four: 1.00pm - 9.00pm Day Five: 2.00pm - 10.00pm 3 Days off You will therefore work five consecutive days (one from home), then have 3 consecutive days off. Obviously, you will therefore work on occasional weekends (whenever you work on the weekend, you will be working from home).
