Computer Vision Data Science Consultant London £50,000 - £80,000 DOE Package If you are a Data Scientist with experience working with Big Data Technologies and deep learning techniques and are looking for your next exciting role then you’ll want to read on. MBN’s client, one of the largest consultancies in the UK are dramatically expanding their data function, on top of an already established team. They are looking for a Data Scientist skilled in computer vision and image recognition to come in and own key client projects. You’ll be working with enterprises to define their data strategy and roadmaps, build a variety of models to create value in the data and for the clients. Although projects can vary, in this project you will be utilising your computer vision skills to identify contraband using Imagine recognition. This is an opportunity to join a leading consultancy at an exciting time in their growth of the data team. Essentials · Proficiency in Python · At least 2 years applying computer vision techniques in a commercial environment. · Hands-on Spark experience (both batch and stream processing) · Hadoop ecosystem exposure (YARN, HDFS, HBase, custom MapReduce jobs, Hive/Impala · General SQL skills Advantageous · Previous Consultancy experience · A natural motivation to travel and work in a client facing environment · Agile working experience.
