Overview

Global Organisation is seeking a TM1 Analyst to join their team on a long term assignment. The responsibility of the EMEA Financial Systems & Technology Systems team is to provide support for the planning and reporting technologies used by the teams in the FP&A CoE and the wider EMEA community. Maintaining data quality and controlling and developing the planning models are key objectives. Upskilling end users and support during planning cycles is a key objective for this team. This position is for a TM1 Analyst to help identify needs and opportunities to build and maintain reports or load templates for the TM1 instances used in the FP&A CoE for financial business planning. This will cover all EMEA TM1 instances. The Position will also provide end user support to the commercial teams during planning cycles. There is no expectation of development within TM1 itself. Skills required for the TM1 Systems Analyst: Understand TM1/PAX and use of DB functions in excel User centric approach to put needs of customer first Understanding complexity and problem solving Self-Motivated and keen to grow and develop Taking ownership and accountability As a TM1 Analyst, your typical day may include: Identify where opportunities exist to build reporting or input solution for the commercial TM1 models using DB functions and PAX Provide Level 0 support to regional and local finance users Implement, test and document systems enhancements deployed by the global FP&A team Escalate support requests to global service desks where necessary Support TM1 planning systems, including data reconciliations Process documentation Scope of Role: This role is a key member of the BS CoE Systems Team working closely with the BS CoE Commercial Teams, end users across the EMEA region as well as the Global GFS team. The role needs an individual that has strong analytical skills, enjoys working with systems and supporting people. In addition, a permanent drive for improvement and efficiency is critical.
