Multi-skilled Engineer – FMCG Sector - West Yorkshire - £30-38k – flexi time system time off in lieu for any overtime worked Headlines – Growing business, supportive/talented management team, wide variety of responsibilities, training/development part of the role Samuel Frank Associates is now recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer who is electrically qualified and has a sound mechanical understanding. The Multi-skilled Engineer position could suit a Maintenance Engineer looking to work in more of a project based environment where you’d be taught how to program PLCs from scratch This is a “Days” Monday-Friday role so could work really well for a Maintenance Engineer looking to move away from nights or being on a shift rota. The successful Multi-skilled Engineers’ skills and experience are likely to include some of the following; Electrical installation & fault finding, panel wiring experience PLC & HMI modifications and enhancements – Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, WinCC – working knowledge would be good Electrically biased/trained – 17th Edition essential Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Tooling experience will be useful Any knowledge of Robots or Cobots will be advantageous Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing machines for the FMCG market for example would be absolutely ideal You must: Be eligible to work in the UK Have your own car and have a full UK driving licence (mileage paid at 45p/mile) Be willing to travel throughout the UK The client is commutable from the following places – Leeds, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Pontefract, Goole, & Doncaster, Keywords – Multi-skilled Engineer, Automation Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, FMCG, West Yorkshire, PLC, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Fault Finding This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89661474
