Role Responsibilities: Due to continued growth, MHR are looking for Product Owner to work on our revolutionary People First HR platform. The Product Owner (Talent) is responsible and accountable for defining and communicating the product vision for the Talent areas, bringing together the streams of knowledge, creativity and technical expertise from across the business and concentrating it into commercial value in a product. Key Responsibilities: Identify and understand emerging global market needs and trends. Collate and analyse data collected and user feedback to inform the product strategy, roadmap and backlog. Run early adopter, customer and partner engagement programmes to obtain feedback and ideas to inform prioritisation. Work with Research to ensure the latest technical and sociological trends are evaluated as part of new features. Prioritise and manage the product backlog aligned with the product vision. Review and evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of features and their ROI impact. Involve other members of the department and company in order to foster the sharing of knowledge and ideas, ensure solution integration and sales readiness. Co-ordinate with the marketing function the promotion of new features and benefits. Technical Responsibilities: Produce quality feasibility documents, requirements and acceptance criteria. Manage the product backlog with continued refinement, review and prioritization. Work with the Engineering team to ensure that new features and products are being developed and delivered on plan and in accordance with the acceptance criteria. Participate in the review of solutions throughout their development to ensure fitness for purpose. Work with the user experience experts to help design solutions that delight our customers and increase our competitive advantage. Plan and deliver the business requirements for product guidance/training/advice to others in the organisation (e.g. presales, bid team, service delivery, service desk, HRO) Responsible for the review of supporting promotions and user guidance, including Users Guides, Impact Analysis, Videos, etc. Product GTM kits with Product Marketing. Proving management reporting and updates Key Skills: Knowledge of emerging market needs and global trends Knowledge of Recruitment and Legislation Knowledge of potential third-party HR, Talent and complimentary products and services Knowledge of DSDM/Agile Excellent Business Analysis skills Highly effective at organisation, time and people management Expert Presenter Our Rewards: Competitive salaries.
