Overview
Avanti Recruitment are currently working with a start-up company who specialize in wealth management, they are based in the heart of London and are looking for a Mid-Level Developer to join their team. You will be one of the first 5 employees, you will be working 100% hands on as a contributor however this role will have the opportunity to grow into a senior developer position as the company grows. This is likely to happen within your first 6months - 1 year. On a daily basis you will find yourself working on the core development platform as well as working on integration to the backend databases. You will get the opportunity to work on the full SDLC, working on Greenfield projects. They have plans to incorporate the latest technologies such as AI and Machine learning so this could be a great opportunity to grow and develop your career. The CEO of the company has been in wealth management for the past 30 years and handled 5 billion pound accounts. The CTO has around 20 years of experience as a hands on CTO/Head of development. They have a strong roadmap they want to follow and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help them on this journey. If you have Strong Java or Kotlin skills then get in touch. Essential Skills: - Java/Spring - JavaScript (React ideally) - Docker - Postgres or another Relational database Desirable Skills: - K8’s - Rabbit MQ - Kotlin - Cypress or Gherkin BDD - AWS The salary on offer for this position is up to £60,000 Equity 25 Days holiday 2 days remote working.
