Overview
We have a regular requirment for office based temps to join our agency for various assignments within the City and West-end. If you have customer service experiencegained via a premium hospitality or high end retail environment, then we need you We have longer term as well as adhoc assignments available, all front of house within corporate, stylish environments. If you are between jobs or seeking to further your experience, then temping could be the ideal opportunity. Our roles require excellent client service skills. The duties will include: Meeting and greeting clients and visitors Set-up meeting rooms and manage the meeting eoom diaries Answer the phones, divert calls and/or take detailed messages Deal with post, couriers and seliveries - enter them into the log Order taxis, organise travel Housekeeping of the reception area Deal with all the associated administration Be a general information point for the front of house If you feel you have the skills for this role, then we have plenty of opportunities for you - please send your CV to us as soon as you can.
