Clinical Lead Nurse - RGN - Widnes - New service

Job title: Clinical Lead Nurse/ Deputy Manager Location: Widnes (Nursing Home) Salary: 35,000 per annum additional benefits great career opportunity in part of an expanding growing organisation Prospero Health and Social are currently acting on behalf of a specialist Care Group who are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead Nurse to be based at their new service opening in the Widnes area. It is essential that all applicants are RGN Qualified with a strong recent clinical skill set including peg feeds, IVs, changing catheters and tracheotomies.This position will also involve acting as a Deputy Manager for the Home. The New Service is part of a wider group of Care Homes within the North West all of which have outstanding or good CQC reports and are in a huge period of growth and expansion. Upon opening the home will house more than 60 residents with complex care, palliative care and general nursing needs. Flexible working patterns will be considered for the right applicant alongside a competitive benefits package. In return for this it is essential that all applicants have a minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience within a Nursing Home Setting, experience of working in a Clinical managerial position is desirable but not essential.
