Overview
Hours - Monday until Friday 9am-5pm Location - Wrexham To support the operation and delivery of the Council’s Local Lettings Agency (LLA) including coordinating viewings, arranging sign-ups, issuing standard letters and notices, managing landlord statements, dealing with repairs and contractors and keeping a central diary so that we are always ahead of important deadlines To work with statutory, voluntary and specialist agencies to improve standards in the private rented sector, bring empty homes back into use, prevent homelessness, reduce the Council’s reliance on bed and breakfast accommodation and make it easier for people to access well managed, affordable private rented housing.
