Overview
TLTP are currently working with a Secondary school based in Bexley that are looking for an experienced Music teacher to join them from September on a long term basis. The school are looking for someone to initially join them for two terms however for the right candidate the position will be made permanent. As the new Music teacher your duties will include but will not be limited to the following; You will be responsible for the teaching of Key stage 3, key stage 4 and key stage 5 Music Promoting Music as an options at GCSE and A Level You will share responsibility for ensuring the safety, well-being and discipline of all the students at the school participate in the development of appropriate materials and schemes of work within your faculty You will be required to communicate on a regular basis with parents and carers on their children's progress within your class To be considered for this role you must have the following; You must have a Music related degree with a relevant teaching qualification ie. PGCE, QTS. You must have at least 2 years teaching experience You must have strong behaviour management; it would be advantageous if you have experience working within an inner London school As a teacher working with children you will need a recent Enhanced DBS check If you feel that this role is suited to you and you are looking for a new challenge please apply with an up to date CV.
