Home Manager- Nursing Home Location: Norwich, Norfolk Position: Home Manager Care Categories: Dementia, Mental Health Condition, No Medical Intervention, Old Age , Physical Disability and Younger Adults Service: General and mental Health care in older adults Salary: up to £48,500 per year negotiable depending on experience Hours: Full time 40 Hours Shifts: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Contract type: Permanent The Home: We are currently looking for an experienced Registered nurse/Registered care home manager to join our beautiful nursing home in Norwich, Norfolk . The home itself is a is beautiful Tudor-style building located in the scenic Norfolk Broads, employing a qualified team of carers who are thoroughly resourced and skilled in the provision of dementia care with Good rated CQC . What we are looking for: The successful applicant must hold a valid NMC PIN with previous experience in Nursing home management experience. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of CQC standards, promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home. The confidence to communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues/ internal as well as external professionals/ families and visitors, as well as creating strong links with the local community. We are looking for a candidate with A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector/ running a commercially successful/ good or outstanding rated care home.
