Overview
Year 1 Teacher - East London TLTP Education is on the search for an experienced KS1 teacher to work at a Newham Primary school. This is a long term position covering a maternity leave for the next academic year. This position would suit a versatile and bright Year 1 Teacher who has at least 1 year of solid teaching experience and the ability to maintain their pupils' focus. As a Year 1 Teacher, you must have an infallible drive for teaching and impeccable curriculum knowledge. Based in Stratford, the school has exceptional public transport connections and is within walking distances of several tube stations. The school has a fantastic SLT, which has provided the stability required to elevate the school from a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating to ‘Outstanding’. To be considered for this role you will: -Hold Qualified Teacher Status -Have at least 1 years experience teaching KS1 -Be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for achievement and behaviour -Have the ability to prepare and deliver consistently well-structured and effective lessons -Have the legal right to work in the UK This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS, overseas police clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
