Continuous Improvement Mentor / Coach

Continuous Improvement Mentor / Coach required to work from my client’s Wakefield's office, however you will be on the road in the North West area and comes with a car. My client is looking for practical people with experience of supporting and coaching others, looking for people that have worked with lean Six Sigma and have trained/coached mentored others. I’m NOT looking for a Project Manager that can list lean tools. Main job purpose: To drive the delivery of the business transformation programme by supporting and enabling teams to implement the recommendations of the programme and thereby reduce overall operational costs. Coaches the affected employees in the required changes and the measurement of improvements. Provides improvement updates to Areas of responsibility Shares best practice processes with other members of the team. To change the culture of the workforce by training and leading as change champions the transformation of the business to a more value added organisation. A full UK driving licence is required.
