Your new company A global company, with offices in South Leeds, is recruiting to a Talent Acquisition Coordinator job on a temporary basis to cover an internal secondment move, possibly leading to a contract or permanent job. Your new role Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner covering a specific region, you will be involved in all recruitment activities using an internal Applicant Tracking System, from advertising vacancies through to screening applicants, organising interviews and testing, vetting and compliance, and liaising with a wide range of Hiring Managers. What you'll need to succeed This is a very busy role, where you will be supporting on up to 50 live vacancies at any one time, and so requires someone with experience of being in a very busy Talent Acquisition / Recruitment job. Previous experience of using an ATS system is preferential. Strong communication skills are essential, and you will need to be a very organised person who can multitask and work to specific deadlines.
