Installations Coordinator North Weald, Essex Report to: Operations Manager Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm Friday 9am to 5pm Every other Saturday 10am to 4pm Our client is a very successful boiler company based in North Weald, Essex who are actively seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, have the ability to work on their own initiative, be motivated and enthusiastic. Responsibilities will include: Liaising with customers Handling incoming calls Booking engineer visits Overseeing service plan sign ups and management Booking in boiler service visits Booking in installations appointments alongside the Operations Manager Reporting on service plan performance Administrative tasks This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and grow with them.
