Page Personnel have a fantastic opportunity available for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to start an immediate assignment at a growing business in Manchester. The role will be initially temporary for 3 months to support the team during a particularly busy period, however the role does have the potential to be extended further. Client Details A hugely recognised brand with an international presence. The team you will be joining is fast paced, busy and very friendly and welcoming. Description As an AP Clerk, you will be reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Manager, responsible for processing particularly high volume invoices and supporting the internal network of suppliers with any queries they may have. Duties will include but are not limited to: - Processing high volume supplier invoices - Raising credit/debit notes - Responding to internal queries - Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks Profile To be considered for this role, you must: - Be immediately available for work - Have previous experience within a similar role - Have good working knowledge of MS Excel - Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written Job Offer £19,000-£21,000 immediate start free parking holiday pay close to public transport links
