Overview

Providing outstanding customer service to high net worth customers. Prestigious Bank based in the City need someone with good experience in the financial services sector, to join a team who can provide outstanding customer service to their high net worth customers. Personal Skills : Awareness of what it takes to deliver high quality customer service. Ability to work in a close team, with an appreciation of the values and ethos of the bank. Highly articulate with excellent communication. Strong numeracy skills. Good general knowledge of the bank's products and services; including basic technical understanding of Cards, Digital & Mobile banking, bank charges & other tariffs, FATCA, FSCS. Awareness of the bank's additional services of Tax, Treasury and MHT and where appropriate be able to effect introductions to experts within the business. Principal duties and responsibilities: Handle and respond efficiently to all customer phone calls; identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure high levels of customer service. Assist with fraud prevention through the adequate verification of all customer instructions received; either by email, phone or in writing. Processing and keying internal account transfers.
