Overview
A mid-tier firm of Chartered Accountants based in Chester are currently recruiting for an experienced Semi-Senior Accountant to join their thriving practice on a permanent basis. The firm are offering a challenging and diverse role, along with providing excellent opportunities for long term professional development. The Semi-Senior Accountant position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, preparing accounts and assisting with audit assignments. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients from a range of industries, including manufacturing, engineering and charities. The firm are looking for an ambitious individual who has gained at least 2-3 years’ experience in practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established city centre firm who are committed to developing their staff. This role will be most suited to someone who enjoys a challenge, is motivated to work hard and looking to increase their knowledge within a thriving firm. The Semi-Senior Accountant will be responsible for: Preparing year-end accounts on behalf of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Assisting with audit assignments Preparing corporation tax computations VAT returns Essential Requirements are: ACA / ACCA studying Minimum of 2 years’ experience Strong academic background Experience of working within Practice Strong auditing experience Strong IT skills If you have all of the above requirements for the Semi-Senior Accountant position, then please apply now using the link below.
