£18.00 to £19.00 per hour (Equivalent to £47,424 per annum / NHS Band 6) | Day Shifts | 48 Hours | Must have relevant UK experience A small private nursing home in a rural setting near East Grinstead currently has a vacancy for an RGN/Clinical Lead to work full-time days. The home is fully CQC compliant and offers round the clock nursing care packages to older people with elderly frail and disability care needs in a beautiful setting in the Surrey countryside. Details of this Clinical Lead Nurse post and what our client is offering: A permanent contract of 48 hours per week working day shifts only Very competitive hourly rate from £18.00 to £19.00 (Equivalent to £47,424 per annum / NHS Band 6) A friendly and supportive working environment in a modern home As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will manage, monitor and oversee both clinical and personal care throughout the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs.
